Network Manager Retail France (m/f/d) 

Site Wessling Germany- Headquarters or remote in France 

Your tasks

• Management and support of existing Partner network (Key Account, Dealer and Service Partner)
• Systematic and strategic development of partner network for our Retail Sales products
• Strategic expansion of business relationships in the region
• Development of market activities, market observation and market research
• Travel to dealers, boat shows and events to further develop Torqeedo representation in the country
• Conducting yearly business reviews and business plans
• Budget, forecast planning and mid-term business plan
• Very close cooperation with the various specialist departments in Germany (product management, service, marketing etc.) in day-to-day operations

Your profile​​​​​

• Relevant professional activities in the distribution of an industrial company, ideally in retail sales or the boating industry
• Enthusiasm for the maritime industry, ideally by professional experience or boating as a hobby
• Very good knowledge in the conception, design and implementation of sales strategies and processes
• Negotiating skills, open personality, and joy in dealing with people
• Very good presentation and communication skills
• Fluent in French; business English or business German as second language required
• Above-average initiative and determination
• Willingness to travel within France regularly
