Manager International Sales (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Management, support and strategic development of existing international representations and distributors 
• Systematic development of new markets
• Strategic realignment and expansion of business relationships on international markets
• Development of country-by-country market activities, market observation and research
• Travel to distributors and dealers to support further development and conducting yearly business reviews  
• Budget, forecast planning and mid-term business plan calculations
• Close cooperation with the various specialist departments (product management, service, marketing etc.) in day-to-day operations

Your profile

• Completed university studies, preferably industrial engineering or business administration
• Relevant professional activities in the distribution of an industrial company (ideally in two-stage international sales)
• Very good knowledge in the conception, design, implementation and improvement of sales strategies and processes
• Very good presentation and communication skills
• Fluent business English skills; other foreign languages, in particular French, Spanish, Italian or Swedish, are beneficial
• Enthusiasm for the maritime industry, ideally boating as a hobby
• Negotiating skills and joy in dealing with people and other cultures
• Above-average initiative and determination
• Willingness to travel
